Regional Airport Development 2017

Improving Airport Performance through Infrastructure Development, Government Funding and Stakeholder Buy-In

Three in five of Australia’s regional airports are currently experiencing serious financial pressure, and this strain is unlikely to ease in the next decade. Moreover, due to the end of the mining boom there is a low demand for airlines to provide Fly-in/Fly-Out services to regional areas.

As an event wholly dedicated to regional airports, IQPC’s 8th Annual Regional Airport Development Conference for 2017 will focus on strategies for receiving approval for funds from Local, State and Federal Government, retro-fitting facilities to remain commercially competitive and within CASA regulations, and land-side development solutions. In doing so this event will be focus on the close working relationships between regional airports, airlines and local councils.

Bring your case study along. There will be PLENTY of chances to discuss with your fellow aviation colleagues!
